Looks like they changed their system.

Until I can get unitrunker to detect the sdr properly since it has 2 built in receivers in it (Jade helm sdr RTL2832U model R820T). Seems unitrunker sees it but cannot determine there is 2 devices on it.

this is what I've found with the 436hp. Not in proper order just what I've been able to find. 386.2000 seems to be primary control channel.

385.350 386.2000c 386.4375 387.9625 387.475 386.650 387.6875 385.7875 387.275 387.6875

I have been monitoring Fort Bliss White Sands for a while and their P25 system is on 406-410.00 Mhz.

I am wondering why I am picking them up on search in the 380 band? With strange new talk groups too.

DoD has changed several trunked systems in the past few years.
Probably nobody in S NM and W TX has been paying attention or actively looking for new or changed systems.

Poeple in the Fort Bliss/WSMR/Holloman areas need to search 138-150.8, 380-390 and 406.1-411 MHz in 12.5 kHz steps for P25 control channels and post the System ID, RFSS Number, Site Number and Site NAC for everything they find.
I won't hold my breath on that ever happening.

When I get a chance and get this deal working I'll try to log on unitrunker what it picks up.

I've been monitoring for quite a while. Drives me nuts I still don't understand this system. However, Radio Reference has most of the important TalkGroups messed up and not correct... These are confirmed.
"E" means encrypted.
Please let me know if you have heard any differences or changes.

DoD has changed several trunked systems in the past few years.
Probably nobody in S NM and W TX has been paying attention or actively looking for new or changed systems.

People in the Fort Bliss/WSMR/Holloman areas need to search 138-150.8, 380-390, and 406.1-411 MHz in 12.5 kHz steps for P25 control channels and post the System ID, RFSS Number, Site Number, and Site NAC for everything they find.
I won't hold my breath on that ever happening.

Well, the 380-390 are the frequencies from the FBWS P25 band for the repeaters way up north and the 406.1-411 is the main band for the same Trunking system just closer to el Paso and on the ranges. I live in far east El Paso, however, will start going through the 138-150.8 band - what am I looking for? why 150.8 <-- that's an oddly specific frequency? The 140s band should have a few frequencies in the "military" for the ANG Air national guard and the Army National Gaurd.. their building is located on Montana and Geo dieter I think.. I have heard also some of the CAP civilian Air patrol peeps flying around Fort Bliss playing with the "fake" down ELT on 121.5 or actually 121.6 which is used as training to practice finding a crashed plane. Also on 146.88 HAM channel repeated the fake ELT too. I watch the planes fly around fort bliss Mcgregor's training range on the FLight24 website.
What are you looking for within the VHF band ?

I live in far east El Paso,
I feel sorry for you.
I lived in far east EP over 40 years ago near East Glen & Sam Snead. Back then George Dieter was dirt road they just graded and the next street to the east was probably in Pecos. Even back then El Paso was a s**t hole. I can't begin to imagine what it's like now.
however, will start going through the 138-150.8 band - what am I looking for? why 150.8 <-- that's an oddly specific frequency? What are you looking for within the VHF band ?
The DoD has some VHF trunked systems. The highest NTIA allocation is 150.8 although the lowest FCC allocation is 150.775. Just to make sure there aren't any new DoD systems in that area.

I know this isn't what you're looking for however as far as DoD in the VHF for this area, I'll share what I have found just for the heck of it..:
With the exception of 134.1 Seldom use on the rest of them.

FYI, some of those listings you have as RPTR are actually Simplex - Not Repeaters
141.0000 and 141.5750 as two major examples

I know this isn't what you're looking for however as far as DoD in the VHF for this area, I'll share what I have found just for the heck of it..:
With the exception of 134.1 Seldom use on the rest of them.

These are in the ham band? I was under the impression Part 97 users were primary on 144-148?

These are in the ham band?
I think those are from a Texas Army National Guard frequency list from many years ago.
Somebody allegedly got a code plug from one of their radios and there were several frequencies in the 2m ham band. I think it was probably bogus but maybe not.
