HP-1: Home Patrol 1 Resume Scan

Am using a Home Patrol 1, listening to a Harris P-25 simulcast system. Will hear one part of a conversation, but will not hear reply. Does not seem to resume scan in time to get response. Suggestions?

Adjust the delay time.

It's usually the other way around, the resume kicks in to soon. If the scanner waits longer on that site it will get the reply. It's the TG delay time that needs to be longer and are only 2 sec as default. Try using 5 sec.

If it resumes too quick it will have to go thru your whole programming of other systems until it reaches that Harris system again and you would have missed the reply.
