What’s the agency name, your county and state? It helps to see the RR listing parameters, assuming their data is current...

If they upgraded to a P25 system, it will most likely be on new frequencies so the new system can be tested without interfering with the old one.

NFM isn't a system type. It's a modulation type. Audio Option is where you specify digital or analog for a conventional (non-trunked) channel.

If you have the old channel saved as a Favorite, you should be able to change the Audio Options selection from "Analog" to "Digital" or "All".
If you are unable to change this selection, you might need to program a new channel for your agency as P25 (digital). Or, assuming the Sentinel database is correct, you could just add a new favorite to replace the old.

The 'APCO P25' type is usually referred to in regards to trunked systems. However, you can, of course, have conventional frequencies that are digital. tagged in the database pages as "P25".

While you cannot edit the main database in the HP-2 nor it's companion Sentinel software, you can edit the usage for channels that are in a Favorites list.

There are a number of mostly rural counties & departments that I encounter, which either have converted to digital, or in the process of switching.

For those agencies that give indication that a switch is in process, or that have recently upgraded their FCC license to include digital emission types, I normally duplicate their frequencies in the Favorites list used nfor their area. I leave the current, listed, analog entry, but add a second entry, same frequency, with audio set as digital only, and the NAC field set as 'Search'. That way if a conversation occurs in either mode, I'll still catch it. One county that I monitor was using P25 for communications from field units, whereas their dispatch was still using the old analog details. That dual usage is also common in areas near me where law enforcement has switched to digital, but the same frequency is used to dispatch VFDs, which remain using analog.
