Today I tried to update my HP database and when I connected the HP to my Win 7 computer, the computer recognized the connection but gave me the message: "You need to format the disk in Drive F: before you can use it."
I last updated my HP last week with no problems and haven't changed the configuration of my computer since then.
I connected the HP to my work computer (again Win 7) and was able to connect with the computer able to see and read the contents of the HP. I was also able to successfully update the HP on the work machine.
I am at a loss as to where to look on my personal computer to trouble shoot this issue. Has anyone seen this before? Any suggestions are welcome.
