Home Patrol help - deleting info in favorites?

I have a friend his HP-1 home patrol is deleting all his info stored in favorites lists every week or so.

Seems like the favorites lists are there (names etc) but the actual info inside the fav list is deleted.

I thought it was just when he was updating the database it was changing the favorites list, but he says no even when he doesnt update the database it happens as well

any ideas?

Saint had a thread or two about this problem a few weeks ago.. Never heard a real resolution, but there was a suspicion that it was a conflict between ArcPatrol and Sentinel's saving of Favorites. One of the things not mentioned in that thread, is that anything saving a Favorite to the HP has to read and write to the index file (favorites_lists.config). I'm guessing this might be an opportunity for conflicts, if another program besdies Sentinel is also in use.
