HP-2: Home Patrol (HP2) serial drivers

Does anyone have a working link to the Home Patrol (HP2) serial port drivers?
All links to Uniden's site -> https://info.uniden.com/twiki/pub/HomePatrol/ExtremeUpdate/HomePatrol_Serial_Drivers.zip ---- result in 404 - File or directory not found.

Scroll down on this linked page to “Windows Serial Drivers” for the driver link and instructions:

it’s the same driver for the HP2 and the SDS scanners.

Sorry, another follow up request ... the link for the BCD996P2 serial drivers is also broken, same error result in 404 - File or directory not found.
I am trying to access it from Scanner Master's link : https://info.uniden.com/twiki/bin/view/UnidenMan4/BCD996P2.

The driver linked linked in post#2 will work for the BCD996P2 also.
