home patrol "illegal voltage"

Had a strange message pop up on my HP for the first time, just said "illegal voltage" and then a message that says it was switching to batt power.
Am using the same charger I have always been using, anyone knows what this is about ?

Component fault in one of the AC Adapter, the scanner's power regulation circuit, or a bad battery.

Ok thanks, plugged it in again without changing anything and so far no issues, maybe I had a fluctuation of voltage or something
