Home Patrol on 2nd PC

I just had to replace my laptop and want to put the HP on that also. I currently have it on my desktop PC.

I realize I am able to plug the USB into my laptop and set up the Sentinel Software, carry over the Extreme Upgrade, etc.

I've done that and I wrote from the scanner to the laptop. I got all my favorites in the left hand column showing, but when I click on the individual agencies, I do not see any of the TGID, frequencies, alpha tags in the right hand column. It's all grey.

Have I missed a step when I transferred to the laptop? It defaulted to a "preset" profile and doesn't look like it brought over my "McP" profile that I have everything set in.

Was given the solution via UpMan. Wrong version on the laptop, upgraded and it worked fine.
