Is there some type of firmware update that we can get for the Home Patrol so that it will get both APCO Project 25 Phase I and Phase II as it will only get phase I now??

I don't beleive that scanner will do P25 phase 2, only phase 1.

The HP-1 firmware can not be updated to receive Phase II. It's current hardware can not support it.
