If I lock on a particular talkgroup, I can hear whatever audio is broadcast over it. If, however, I scan the entire favorites list that talkgroup is included in, the Home Patrol never lands on it. It's not set to "avoid" in the list. Any idea what's happening here?

That was it. I appreciate your help. I just bought this a few days ago, and it's very different than the traditional scanners I'm used to operating. I'm having to learn how it thinks about things. I'm pretty pleased with it, though.
