Homeland Security Freqs

I've seen some postings regarding HS freqs in the past....even plugged in a few to monitor during drills, etc....but didn't copy anything. Anyone have an accurate understanding of what freqs are truly going to be utilized in the MD area and how so?

Homeland Security Frequencies

Dave most of these frequencies remain quiet even during drills. Most of them use other Communications Methods for Secure Communications. It may be a while before you here anything. Most frequencies are for the Purpose of an as needed basis which mainly means during the times of Disasters. We here a MEMA have a few FEMA VHF Freqs & rarely ever hear anything on them even the Satelite Phone is slow as well. Also Dave if you look at some of the DHS Frequencies listed they coincide with Frequencies already used by federal government agencies
