Anyone aware of and perhaps copying anything on these supposed HS freqs? I will plug them in and see if I catch anything, although I wouldn't be surprised if much or all comms are encrypted.

Where are you coming up with these because "homeland security" is awfully broad.

Interesting, and always fun checking out a new site devoted to the hobby, but I can guaranty that you will not here anything used by HS, unless they use it as a diversion tactic. It would be like when the President comes to town. You may here some motorcade traffic on your local systems, but you will never here the SS detail.

I think it was a list from Monitoring Times that had another freq "163.675Mhz" listed. I am getting this all the time in Maryland here but encrypted. Anybody know what this is??

Those are tyically used by TSA at the airports. The ones I have heard are a mix of LTR or conventional digital. There seems to be no real logical pattern from one install to another. They (TSA) have also made use of some government freq's in the 420 region.
