Just a quick question, I have a BCD996xt, is it better to put the freq for the above as a single freq with the NAC code as listed in the DB, or is it better to put as a single P25 trunked freq? I know majority is encrypted, but for when comms do come in the clear be nice to hear it.

It should make no difference as far as monitoring the voice communications. The only thing the single-freqeuncy trunked trick does is display the radio ID of the transmitting unit.
