I am using the stock antenna for my Homepatrol 2. It works Ok but I was wondering if there is a better INDOOR antenna out there for this scanner?

Better for what? Better for one specific band? The answer is likely yes.

Without knowing what your interests and requirements are, it is impossible to be more specific.

Homepatrol 2

The area I live in will be mostly P25 Phase 1 and 2. Also Motorola Smartzone. The phase 2 is TDMA.

Modulation (FM, AM, P25, etc) does not really matter. What matters is frequency band (400 MHz, 800 MHz, etc).
