I don't see a problem with the programming. You need to have the Interop, Law Dispatch, and Law Tac service types enabled in the profile. Are you using the Sentinel with the orange icon? The one with the green icon is for the BCDx36HP and SDS100/200 scanners. I suspect that your problem may be simulcast distortion. Some of the talkgroups you listed are encrypted and cannot be received by any scanner (DE in Mode column). You might as well eliminate those talkgroups. Of those listed, these are the only ones you will be able to receive:

Dayton Fire/ Police Common58530Interop
Dayton Police Academy58515Law Tac
Dayton Police Car to Car58501Law Tac
Dayton Police Events58509Law Tac
Dayton Police Traffic Enforcement58510Law Tac
Dispatch to Dispatch58053Law Dispatch
Law Dispatch East (Dayton Police)58014Law Dispatch
Law Dispatch West (Dayton Police)58015Law Dispatch

Did you check the export the OP provided in post #18? Pretty sure this is the SDS100's export, could be wrong though (Don't have Sentinel on this machine)

I imported the hpe file into the BCDx36HP/SDS100/200 Sentinel and it shows a site NAC of 344 which is correct for the Dayton site. I don't know if it is included when you copy from the Sentinel database using HomePatrol Sentinel. The HP1/HP2 may just ignore the options not available on that scanner. For example, the HP1/HP2 will take a hpe file with quick keys and site NAC's exported from the BCDx46HP Sentinel and just ignore them. It doesn't display any error message.

I looked at your HPE file. You have the Dayton site and you need the Montgomery County one. Only thing on the Dayton site that I know of is the prison. Everything else, Dayton PD, etc. are on the Montgomery County site. I live in the Dayton area.

Thanks! That would explain it. The OP needs to use the frequencies in the Montgomery County site.
