I just purchased the Home Patrol 2 scanner for my father-in-law. I have a BCD436HP and I use the ARC software to program it. Can I use the same ARC software to program the HomePatrol 2 or do I need to download a different program?

ARC536 is for the BCD436HP and BCD536HP, you need to purchase ARC Patrol for the Home Patrol scanners. Uniden's Sentinel software is free for those scanners.
