Did I read correct that the Home Patrol with the Extreme upgrade will output control channel data so it could support Pro96Com P25 Decode Software.

Mikey's pro96com page makes no mention of the HP-1E.

Not on his site, it hasnt been updated since last November. But on the Uniden page (which is why I put it in this forum) under the extreme upgrade page it vaguely talks about it outputting the raw data. Look on pg 57 of the Xtreme manual. If its true raw P25 data it should work, just wandered if anyone had tried it yet.

I don't have a HP-1, so I don't know what the output looks like from an HP-1 on the serial port. I've seen some of the stored files, which may be the format used, but I don't have confirmation on that.

Pro96Com does not currently support that scanner for decode.
