I have a HomePatrol and a 396xt and was wondering how can I transfer the frequencies from my 396xt to my HP-1 with the use of software. I have a registered copy of arc xt pro for my 396xt and sentinel for the HP-1

There is no straight transfer from an XT series to the HP-1.
One option is to export the 396XT memory contents to a csv text
file using Freescan then open the csv file in Excel and
cut and paste from the csv file into a favorites list within Sentinel.
You will have to "massage" the data some but I have done it.
