I saw that, too. I did notice it is Phase I only. That makes the set of radios capable of monitoring a bit larger than if it were Phase II.

There is no Phase 2 for conventional. Phase 2 P25 (TDMA) exists only on trunking. Which is in my opinion a huge error and why many agencies using conventional now use DMR.
