Horry county public works question

Was wondering if anyone knows whether or not horry county public works or maintenance still use 2way radios I know way back when they used to have a uhf system that they used and even had a talk group on the 800 system when it was analog but I don't think they ever used it but if they do still use radios for comms what type system are they on
