Anyone know if the Horry County P25, specifically North Myrtle Beach PD, went encrypted recently? Apparently there was a scanner feed for the area, but now it's down, gone, or otherwise not working.

Everything is still in the clear, and no changes are being discussed at this time to my knowledge. If it were, I would be aware long before any kind of planning ever took place.
