Anyone know the freq for lifeguards or regular beach ops?

Looks like that's an AS A LIFEGUARD QUESTION !
Your Mission if you want to take it ~
I listen to Wesport Police and Fire they have never mentioned it on the air so it could be state based.
You could try the park based VHF hi frequnecies - Most have moved to Zone 3
on the State trunk with the enviromental police but I Hear the state forest at times over in Plymouth on the Hi band channels.

Someone on ScanNE said he thought they used DCR #15 for it, but someone else said they installed an antenna or repeater recently. Thanks for your insight.
