Hospital patch for windsor/detroit

Figured i would post here as well as some of yall might know...Just wondering if anyone knows the freq for when windsor has to transport a patient to detroit using the tunnel, i have seen a few times where a ambulance gets escorted to michigan but after that i lose the transmission, due to the fact that its on a diff freq, so just wondering if anyone knows and also which hospital is closest to the tunnel that perhaps they go to, thanks

I dont know the freqs, but i can tell you that Detroit Recieving and Henry Ford Hospitals are closest to the border, As well as Children's.
