Hospital talk groups

For several weeks I have heard Kent General and Milford Memorial Hospitals only on occasion Yet I can hear everyone else on the scene no problem. Anyone heard if they have gone secure?

From a newbie--Speaking of Hospital talk groups. I saw hospitals for Virginia Beach, VA listed by decimal on the reference page. So if I program the RED control channels and then enter the decimal I should be alright??

Dont try to program a radio even using win96 when you are tired (you will miss something)
No wonder I was not hearing MMH hospital I did not have the Sussex Freq. entered. Delaware uses what they call a template system for the radios. All radios have all the freq. for rhe state of Delaware but the installed set of talk groups (template) may change depending what county you are in, or what service you are (police fire EMS etc. MMH is in fact in Sussex County thus is accessed primarily through the Sussex co. freqs. The mutual aid and others are in all radios.
So my proverb. Thanks to all who responded. Put me on the right track.
