I found the license in the fcc database. I haven't had anytime to listen yet.

Arkansas

It is licensed in Arkansas as well as Memphis. Seemed like Paragould. Does the wing have an AC up there? Maybe one coming? Still listening.

Wing operates in West TN, North MS, East AR, and a tad of KY if I remember right. They have a parent company that also operates certain hospitals, and to cover operations from Memphis, to the ops in AR, they added the new repeater in AR also.
