I found this while looking at scancapecod and listening to the live
scanner there. I had to install Realplayer 8 and uninstall the realplayer 10 to make it work but interesting listening for Arkansans interested in scanner feeds in Arkansas.

find the scanner and click on it. should open realplayer, if you
don't have realplayer it is a free download.
