This weekend is the 33rd annual Hotter’N Hell Hundred bike ride in Wichita Falls. It is a large event with over 13,000 participants from across the country and world.

Here is what I have monitored so far.

Amateur radio repeaters:
146.940 route net
444.800 supply net
444.000 medical net

These are licensed to Mobile Phone of Texas. They are probably temporary event repeaters.
They have lots of traffic and I have never seen these frequencies used in Wichita Falls before:
454.425 632 DPL
454.600 632 DPL

A few rarely used talkgroups came to life on the Wichita Falls EDACS and Sheppard AFB (San Antonio Military Smartzone) trunked systems.
WF Police:
1045 (ProVoice encrypted)
1052 (ProVoice encrypted)

Sheppard:
50368 possibly Police TAC 4

So far no activity on the state and national interop channels.

So far no new talkgroups on local commercial LTR systems.

So far I haven't found any active federal frequencies. I don't know if HHH is big enough for the feds to get involved.

Most of the usual Wichita and Clay County VHF public safety channels are more active than normal.
