House Republican cloak room being received in Berkeley County WV

We've been hearing the House Republican Cloak Room on 163.5375 in Berkeley County WV since last spring. Has anyone closer to the District been receiving it also?

We've been hearing the House Republican Cloak Room on 163.5375 in Berkeley County WV since last spring. Has anyone closer to the District been receiving it also?

The signal is pretty good. I can hear it at home in Bunker Hill with a rubber-duck. I do know that the elevation in Berkeley Co is higher than DC which helps.
