I'm not sure if they have their own seperate frequency or tg's on DC's system. I frequently hear them on MPD's individual district dispatch tg's, particularly 3rd District. When I have spoken with DCHA officers in 3rd District they have always only had one portable on them, and it's been tuned to 3D air. For some time I thought they were on tg's 34128 & 34192  on the DC system, but it looks like those are School Security tg's.

For those interested in Housing: On his weekly discussion with WTOP, Chief Ramsey spoke about several issues concerning the merging of separate Police agencies in DC, as well as radio interoperability.
He stated clearly that rumors of MPD absorbing the Housing Authority are just that, rumors. However, he did mention the possibility of DC Protective Services to merge/morph under MPD. More on that to come, I imagine.
As far as Interoperability, the Chief is a believer in the National 700mhz, and that it be restricted for Public Safety personnell only.

I believe this is the link if anyone is interested.
