Houston area Constables/ Sherriffs

:shock: I am looking for the frequencies in which the houston/katy area constables/sherriffs use. I cannot seem to find where they are at. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Look under the RR Database, Harris County. It has Houston, and the STARNET, that is where your info is.

I saw the information listed. Thasnks. Since I am new to scanners I am a bit confused on how to use the information listed. I have a pro-95 scanner. I saw the listed frequencies and then the talk group information but I do not know what this information means nor how to program it into my radio. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Not to sound mean or anything but did you read the manual yet? It's really not that hard to program it and all the info is in there. If you did read the manual and still don't understand then let us know what you are having problems with. btw if you get the cable and win95 for it then you will have alot easier time with it.

Welcome to the wonderful world of scanning!

Since you have a Pro 95, I would HIGHLY suggest getting the FREE Win95 programming software from http://www.starrsoft.com. It makes programming a breeze, and allows you to backup your frequency files and create new ones. There are also a few groups on the web that may already have a file for your area. Check these out:
