Houston County HCSO Drug and Traffic channel

HCSO Drug and Traffice signal is choppy and cannot hear, these seem to be newer channels. no problem with the rest of the HSCO frequencies, just these two.
Any idea what would cause this, I have two scanners and both are doing the same thing. Thanks

If you are referring to the HCSO Traffic and Drug talkgroups on their P25 system, they show in the database to be fully encrypted.
