I have a Whistler WS1065 scanner. I have tried programming the scanner but have not had any luck. Another user told me my scanner may not support the frequencies Houston County uses. Is there any thing else I could listen to?

It is an NXDN NexEDGE TRS... Only the Whistler TRX-1 and TRX-2 even decode NXDN digital formats. You can listen to a bit of traffic on the State TACN P25 system,...https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=6355

HC is looking at DMR from what I catch, They had some Hytera's up in dispatch a while back testing so it may not be long, Also applied for a CBG for a new radio system.
