I'm not sure, but does Jersey Village DPS- Dispatch (155.46000) dispatch houston dps?
Also what houston DPS Car to car freq?
And do I need to put the input freq. (154.68000) to listen to the dispatch talk to the trooper and the trooper talk to the dispatch?

155.4600.
You need 154.6800 to hear the trooper talk to the base.

Lately they have been repeating 155.4600 so you can hear both, this is not on all the time. Also, depending on where you are trying to monitor, you may need to listen elsewhere; for example if you were interested in what is happening on I-10 west of Houston (starting in Ft Bend Co.) you would want to listen to 155.5350 (Ft.
