This list is a collaboration of several local members.

I would post more info myself, but I'm in the middle of flooding. :(

The Army National Guard is using Easterwood Airport here in B/CS for staging. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what frequencies to monitor? (Besides the local ARTCC stuff?)

I got off the phone with a Moto dealer in Cali last night, he said he sent a few hundred portables and a few mobiles down to Houston to assist with the relief, he stated he had programmed them with the Nationwide Interop Frequencies, nothing trunked, I'm still quite confused on what they're operating on. You think it'd be the Texas IOP since it's in Texas, but I suppose if there are agencies from different states then they'd use the nationwide.

I would guess there are a large number of Comm Trucks on scene that could program any common Moto Radio in about 2 minutes.

Believe it or not, there was a ton of rescue activity over Zello. Not public safety stuff, but the Cajun Navy used Zello a bunch. Some ham stuff was run through it also but nothing official.

165.3125 NAC $293 is active with encrypted comms from what is almost certainly an airborne asset.

This is a common US Coast Guard Sector frequency, so I suspect it is being used as a USCG air asset coordination freq from one of the KING Air Force C-130's or the Air Force E-3 AWACS that has been on station for the past few days to provide air coordination.

Locally it's been a mix of clear and encrypted.

Thanks ND5Y, rings a bell now, but I have never used the app. Did you see my post on the Odessa and Midland radio system?

130.3 Husker w/Harvey Comms

Hearing airborne stations on 130.3 with call sign Rescue4/ Sector243/Husker 409 coordinating Harvey response. They just called it "de-confliction and check-in" freq.

Add TxWARN TGID 2027 (DPS Air Operations) to the list. I've been hearing them call out the locations of people needing rescue for the past day or so.
