Even being America's 4th largest city, Houston Police really don't seem to be listed in the RR database. Sure, there's a patch from the Southern Texas Smartnet, but what is Houston Police on? I think I saw that the Smartnet Patch was going to a 460 freq.

Also, what portables are officers there carrying on their belts?
