Since the bands are finally starting to open up I though it might be interesting to start a running thread dedicated to Military Lowband traffic.

I don't have anything yet to add myself but when I do I will post it here.

BTW, I haven't heard Ft. Hood, TX range control on 30.450 for quite some time. Are they still there or....?

So, if you have anything you've identified between 30-88 please post it.

I say post a new thread every day... it helps differentiate the day's "take"....

If you start getting stuff on lowband, post a thread like kkn50 and let it ride.

That must be the reason. They used to be a reliable spot on the dial. That sucks. It was some interesting listening at times.

Starting a new thread every day sounds like a great idea! maybe include the date in to help identify it.
Always enjoy reading the reports of dx on the low bands.
