I may have purchased 2 stolen scanners from a RR user. How can I discuss this with the classified manager? Thank you

How do you know they are stolen? I have been looking at a few. The classifieds are a bit of a pain but more information is needed for me. I like to buy and get a deal but again more information as I am looking at a few to buy.

You will notice that I stated "May have purchased"
Understood but May have purchased is open ended. Don't get me wrong if you think you have bought stolen goods this is the place to ask. Especially you have to be a premium member to sell in the classifieds.
File a police report - and have the police contact me directly with a subpoena or court order to help unmask whomever ripped you off.
I know which RR member sold me the scanners. I have sent PM's and even a letter via snail mail to the address from his shipping box (which matches the address of his Ameature Radio license filed with the FCC) I did all of this in November & December 2017 and he has not responded to any form of contact.
