How can I get NOAA weather briefings for Georgia?

I have a Uniden scanner and I can get Atlanta NOAA weather. I would like to know if I can get the NOAA weather briefings online? There are apps but when you hit the "Get" button you are plagued with a lot of garbage that has nothing to do with the NOAA weather app! Does anyone know of a simpler way of listening to NOAA weather briefing for Georgia without the ads? Thanks.

forecast.weather.gov. (i think this is now mapped to the www.weather.gov, actually)

search for your zipcode. once you get to the local forecast office landing page for your location, save the link to the desktop (or a shortcut on your phone home screen) and then when you click it (or make it the default opening page on your (mobile)browser, it'll pop right up.
