All talk groups for "Redlands" are fully encrypted talk groups (DE). I would imagine there are other fire/EMS talk groups for your listening area. The Fire Admin talk group is fully encrypted.

Well, actually Fire is part of CONFIRE which is mostly in the clear. OP: Use the East Valley and Mountain sites. From the dB, program all the non "DE" marked 2-FIRE groups. Some Fireground talk is still handled on direct, so you won't hear it unless you're close, like if you're near the airport or REV, and the incident is a train vs car in San T canyon. After listening awhile, you will find what talkgroups are interesting to you, and can adjust accordingly.

While you're figuring out and digesting all of the above, program in 154.190 and listen to their unit-to-dispatch radio traffic that's patched over from the trunking system.

Multiple fire departments are dispatched through Confire Redlands Fire all starts with 26x. (ie. Engine 261, Squad 261, Engine 262 etc)
