Jake you have a scanner for listening to the police. Not a two way radio, which you don't want to broadcast to without permission anyway. If I understand you question correctly.

jake you computer can't handle it, your computer is so corruped it will crash all the time. and theres rules too that you must follow. Till your mom let me help you don't do anything that you don't understande.

Richard is not mad at you, he was just saying he wants you to wait before you try to do something like broadcasting an audio feed until someone can help you.
