How do I COPY from SCANNER to COMPUTER? Proscan & BCT15X

I want to COPY all the data on my BCT15X scanner and save it in PROSCAN in case I want to re program the scanner. Where is says in the "Systems" tab "Download from scanner" it is grey out.

Open or create a new database then it will un-gray out.
