How do I find the "owner" of a frequency...

...if it's not located here in the RR Database?

I'm doing a search thru a very narrow window at the moment (154.500 - 154.600), and a couple of times I've heard traffic on 154.5150 with a PL of 179.9. Sounded like it could have been a taxi service or some other kind of transportation service.

I did a search here in our database but what I found for Cook County didn't seem like it would go with what I heard.

Isn't there a way to find what company uses what freq(s) on the FCC website? I was over at the FCC website for about 20 minutes and drew nothing but blanks.

Any help will, as always, be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
