How do you get version 1.3 for a PRO96?

OK, since calling Radio Shack corporate and stores isn't working,,,can anyone advise how do you get version 1.3 loaded onto a Pro96 please??

It has to be sent to Ft. Worth - it's a hardware upgrade. YOU DON'T load it.
