10 c0des are diiferent from location o location. For example in Tulsa 10-65
is stolen vehicle in Broken Arrow it is clear traffic for ambulance run. Tulsa 10-76 is accident OHP it is signal 76. Tulsa officers needs help it is 10-24 and in New York city it is 10-13. Check with yiur local PD or SO they may help.

One of the CSX people told me it wasn't a FLASHING Rear End Device.

Just think of the size of a DB to handle 10 codes from across the country....Though it would be really handy.
