How does Radio Reference update frequency information

I notice there are still links to the old RCS system on San Diego County and appears there are frequency and site info that is not updated.
The County Fir Authority, NorthComm, and Cities are all linked to the old.
What is the process that is needed to do this? I'm just curious.

Go to the system of interest, hit the "SUBMIT" tab and fill out the information that needs to be corrected.

Please be very specific, such as "Frequency 123.450 needs to be updated to 345.6750", "talkgroup 123 needs to be deleted", etc.
