I passed tests on 07/14, on FCC database 07/19, but still waiting for the paperwork from FCC. About how long does it take on average? Thanks in advance.
I passed my tech on June 13, callsign was in the database on the 17th, and my license arrived around three weeks later. I actually received "junk' mail related to the ham license before I got the paper license.
Something on the order of 2 to 3 weeks is about average. Depends a lot on where you get your mail! Locally, we add at least 3 days to any proposed delivery date quoted to stay sort of 'safe' in guessing (holidays, whatever). You may not have that 'problem'. If you haven't gotten that paper in a month, I'd start asking about it.

Got the paper license on 8/20 after emailing the FCC. I got it after requesting a duplicate as suggested by their CSR. My "official FCC license is, proudly hanging on my ham shack wall right now. Thanks to all, I think topic is closed.
