How long to approve feed?

I submitted a request to put a live feed up and it says it is awaiting approval. It is kind of urgent and I would like the feed to be able to be online ASAP. Is it something that could take a few hours, or is this a long process that will likely take days or weeks to complete?

it takes as long as it takes, I am sure you should hear something back soon.
The admins have other things like work and a life as well
