SDS200: How to adj. screen brightness on sds 200 ?

Forgot whatever I once knew many years ago. Started using SDS200 again.

What, please, do I have to do to increase the screen brightness ?

Exact steps, please.

Hi. One of the quickest brightness controls for theSDS200 is to Press In the Volume know while radio is on. There a four settings. Off, Dim, Brighter and Brightest. Hope this helps.

I remember your issues from a while back Bob. So yes, push volume button till you get the brightest screen. If you are scanning then press Channel button once and you will be sitting or holding on one item. Press the large silver function knob on the left side and push number button five that says Dim. Then scroll to set High dimmer using function knob. Press function knob once, then use the knob to scroll to 100%. This is as bright as it's going to get, push enter. Press avoid once, then press the channel button again and you should be scanning at the brightest screen available. HTH
