How-To BCD396 Speaker Replacement with Photos

Hi All.

I replaced a dead speaker in my 396, documented the procedure with some pics, and saved it as a pdf file.

I have posted it here as a series of 5 jpg's... if you'd rather have the original .pdf, send me an email and I'll forward it to you... at 1.24 Mb, it's too large to post here.

Hope it helps anyone having to do the same.

i replaced a speaker not to long ago in my 396 , and i believe slicerwizard had photos also ...not 100% sure .... but anyways i ordered not one , but two speakers for the radio from uniden .... very cheap ... i think 1.38 a piece .... but slicerwizard helped me big time. this is great info . i still have the second speaker just incase .... but no problems since.
