How to become Beta Tester?

I have a few questions about Uniden and their beta testing policies. First, how does one interested become a beta tester? Do you call their 800 number? Second, do you get to keep the scanners you test? Third, is there a website with all their policies listed?

Paul (UPMan) will usually announce on here or on the respective yahoo group if he needs beta testers. His posts usually include all policies, procedures, and information you will need.

Having some particular technical expertise is necessary, too. People who think beta testing is an easy way to get freebies aren't likely to be selected.
